Lewis, Longman & Walker, P.A. (LLW)

For over 25 years, the attorneys at LLW have helped the individuals, businesses and governments that have shaped Florida’s future. We offer solutions to issues associated with complex local, state, and federal laws and regulations. We focus on the specific, technical and seemingly ever-changing areas of Environmental, Land Use, Legislative and Governmental Law. The LLW team is comprised of well-known and respected attorneys with the experience and skill to quickly resolve difficult legal challenges. We are committed to responding to clients’ needs promptly and economically and believe in building long-term attorney-client relationships based upon collaboration and solid performance. At LLW, we don’t believe that winning solutions for our clients means that someone else has to lose. We see things differently.

LLW is a Top Ranked Law Firm by Martindale-Hubbell—which is the highest rating Martindale-Hubbell awards. To make this list, at least 10 percent of a firm’s attorneys have to have achieved an AV Preeminent rating. At LLW, nearly half of the attorneys have achieved this rating. Additionally, LLW is one of only four law firms in Florida to receive the top-tier Band 1 ranking in environmental law by Chambers and Partners.

In 2019, LLW was named one of Florida’s Best Companies To Work For by Florida Trend Magazine and in 2016, was listed as one of Law360’s 100 Best Law Firms for Female Attorneys. Additionally, LLW has been listed as a Best Law Firm by U.S. News Media Group and Best Lawyers® since its inaugural year in 2010, receiving Tier 1 rankings in Environmental Law, Environmental Litigation and Natural Resources Law. Since 2006, ten LLW attorneys have been named Best Lawyers—eight of those ten have been named Lawyer of the Year. Eleven attorneys have been listed as Florida Super Lawyers or Rising Stars, and seven attorneys have been named Legal Elite by Florida Trend Magazine.

LLW has six board-certified attorneys in the areas of: State and Federal Government and Administrative Practice; Real Estate; and City, County and Local Government Law. LLW has four registered lobbyists and hold licenses to practice in Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Kentucky and the District of Columbia.

Our offices are in Jacksonville, St. Petersburg, Tallahassee, Tampa and West Palm Beach. Wherever you are, we’re nearby.
