Advanced Airfoil Components hiring 40+ positions at Hillsborough County HQ

Advanced Airfoil Components, an advanced manufacturing facility that produces gas turbine components for Siemens, is currently hiring more than 40 manufacturing and engineering positions at its state-of-the-art facility in Gibsonton.

Despite this time of layoffs and cutbacks, Advanced Airfoil Components is excited to contribute to the region’s economy and employment. The facility continues to play a critical role to the energy industry with the production of new gas turbine components. The career opportunities are full-time, permanent positions and appeal to a wide range of backgrounds, levels of experience, and talents.

Advanced Airfoil Components is a joint venture of Siemens and Chromalloy. The two companies first announced Hillsborough County as the headquarters of their new company in 2017. The 210,000 square-foot facility opened in 2018 and will ultimately employ 350 people.
