EDC promotes Steve Morey to VP of Business Development, welcomes two new executive assistants

On November 1, Steve Morey, Director of Business Recruitment, was promoted to Vice President of Business Development. In this new role, Steve will oversee the recruitment of new companies to our area, and work with his team to help existing businesses gain access to the resources they need for growth and success.
 
Prior to joining the EDC, Steve served as President and CEO of Team Lorain County, a regional economic development organization in Northeast Ohio. He has been a part of the EDC team since 2013.

DuBuque, Interim President & CEO of the Tampa Hillsborough Economic Development Corporation.
 
The EDC also added two team members in administrative roles.
 
Megan Criscillo has joined the team as J.P. DuBuque’s executive assistant during his tenure as Interim President & CEO. She brings over 20 years of administrative experience and more than eight years of experience working with C-suite executives to her new role.
 
Film Tampa Bay hired Matthew Pacheco earlier this month as an administrative assistant to Dale Gordon, the commission’s executive director. After studying the arts at Florida State University, he spent time in the travel and beauty industries before beginning a new journey with Film Tampa Bay.
