Iron Bow Technologies Expands into Hillsborough County

TAMPA, Fla. – Iron Bow Technologies, a leading provider of technology solutions and outsourced customer service support for government, healthcare and commercial clients, today announced that it will open a new contact center in Tampa. The company will create 170 new jobs and expects to be up and running at Woodland Corporate Center by November 1, 2016.

The company plans to invest over $500,000 in the facility and will hire a variety of positions for their health benefits customer service center, including customer service representatives, team leaders, and trainers, as well as support professionals for human resources, operations, and information technology.

The Tampa Hillsborough Economic Development Corporation assisted Iron Bow Technologies with connections to Hillsborough County for expedited permitting and CareerSource Tampa Bay for job postings and workforce training grants.
