Strive Sales plans to create 11 jobs over the next two years
Tampa, Fla. (March 2, 2023) – Strive Sales, a UK-based talent hiring agency focused in the software sales industry, announced today it launched its first international office in Tampa, Fla. Strive plans to create 11 jobs over the next two years in sales, account management, and hiring and recruiting roles.
Founded in 2018, Strive Sales builds go-to market teams for venture capital backed software companies to assist with recruitment and sales. Florida has been a hotbed for funding activity lately. According to Crunchbase, Florida saw the biggest percentage increase of any state in venture capital investment between 2021 and last year – a jump of 25%.
“Tampa offers everything we were looking for in a North American headquarters – a robust talent pipeline, an active startup community, low business costs and an excellent quality of life,” said John Hitchen, US Managing Director for Strive Sales. “We’re looking forward to building our team and joining this vibrant community.”
The company has leased space at Industrious in Ybor City to set up operations, which will serve clients throughout the state, alongside continuing to build its portfolio across the whole of North America.
This project was made possible in partnership with Enterprise Florida. The Tampa Bay Economic Development Council has seen an uptick in interest from European companies over the last couple of years looking to launch a U.S. presence. Strive Sales joins a growing list of foreign direct investment (FDI) companies that have selected Tampa for its U.S. operations or headquarters, including Clarify, Inpeco, and iO Associates.
