Where are the Millennials?

Hillsborough County is home to 339,400 millennials, the generational group between the ages of 23-38. That’s more than any other county in the Tampa Metro area (Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco and Hernando counties).

Pinellas County is home to 174,450 millennials and Pasco County is home to 95,600.

Why is it important to have a strong millennial population? Because the working population is now made up of more millennials than any other generation and they are changing the future of the workplace.
