Meloe brings more than 25 years of commercial real estate and corporate banking experience, along with a strong history of driving loan and deposit growth, building high-performing teams, and leading through change across key Florida markets, including Tampa and Orlando.
Prior to joining Amerant, she held senior roles at several regional financial institutions, where she consistently delivered significant production results, rebuilt teams during periods of transition, and expanded market presence. She has led large CRE portfolios, structured complex transactions, and mentored lenders across multiple organizations, always combining disciplined credit execution with strong business development.
Since joining Amerant, she has demonstrated a clear commitment to expanding our presence in the Tampa Bay region, strengthening client relationships, and executing with focus and accountability.
