David Dufort
Executive Director, Corporate Services and Tampa Site Lead
Dave Dufort serves as Executive Director, Corporate Services and Tampa Site Lead at Amgen, bringing more than two decades of biopharmaceutical leadership experience to the Tampa Bay region. Over the past seven years at Amgen, Dave has led Tampa site operations while contributing to enterprise-wide initiatives, including corporate services, finance integration for mergers and acquisitions, and process excellence.
Prior to joining Amgen, Dave built his career in biopharmaceutical operations, holding senior leadership roles across manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, and continuous improvement. His experience spans complex operational environments, with a focus on building high-performing teams, driving efficiency, and supporting long-term organizational performance.
Dave holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering, an MBA, and is a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt. He actively supports employee engagement and inclusion as an executive sponsor for employee resource groups at the Amgen Tampa site. A Tampa Bay resident since 2014, Dave values time with his family and remains deeply connected to the local community he now calls home.
