Lindsay Levy
President & Chief Operating Officer
As President and Chief Operating Officer of Cruit Group, Lindsay leads the firm’s operations, strategy, and client delivery across a fast-growing national footprint. With a focus on execution, efficiency, and impact, she plays a central role in scaling the business while staying closely connected to client outcomes and team development.
Before co-founding Cruit Group, Lindsay spent over a decade in consulting, specializing in forensic accounting and disputes. She most recently served as a Senior Director at Ankura, where she led engagements in construction advisory and complex dispute resolution. Her earlier experience includes leadership roles at PwC and Grant Thornton, where she advised clients on financial investigations, economic damages, and litigation support across a wide range of industries.
Lindsay is both an operator and a problem-solver, someone who balances strategic thinking with tactical execution. She is deeply committed to mentorship, operational excellence, and building trusted, long-term relationships with clients.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Economics from Florida State University and an MBA from the University of South Florida. She is also a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE).
Ryan Levy
Managing Partner
As Managing Partner at Cruit Group, Ryan leads business development, strategic partnerships, and overall firm growth. He plays a key role in client engagement, recruiter performance, and scaling operations to meet the needs of fast-growing startups and mid-market companies.
With over a decade of experience in recruiting and business management, Ryan has helped hundreds of companies build high-performing teams. He specializes in filling critical roles for startups, bringing a hands-on, entrepreneurial approach to every client relationship—balancing long-term strategy with agile execution. His leadership is grounded in building scalable, repeatable processes while maintaining a strong service mindset.
Ryan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from St. Petersburg College. His leadership style is rooted in practical business strategy, people-focused growth, and operational excellence.
Chris Quintero
Partner
As a Partner at Cruit Group, Chris drives both client and strategic partnership initiatives. He also plays a fundamental role in coaching and mentoring the recruitment team to enhance delivery for our partners.
Leveraging a background in business development, partnerships and communications, he takes a personalized approach to help hiring managers and candidates achieve their goals.
Chris has a deep respect for fellow entrepreneurs. He’s also passionate about supporting local businesses, doing his part in helping Tampa and its economy grow.
