Leila Tooley

West Florida Market Executive

Leila Tooley is the West Florida Market Executive for Wells Fargo, bringing more than 20 years of experience with the firm, all within commercial banking. She leads a team of local bankers serving middle market companies with revenues ranging from $25 million to $2 billion, supporting businesses across diverse industries and economic cycles. Throughout her career, Leila has focused on building long‑term, trusted relationships and leveraging market insight to strengthen regional competitiveness and inform strategic investment decisions.

Most recently, she led a commercial originations team responsible for expanding new client relationships across the Southeast, one of the nation’s fastest‑growing regions, helping shape regional strategy and investment priorities. Leila is a graduate of the University of Florida and lives in Tampa. She serves on the Board of Directors of Starting Right Now, an organization dedicated to empowering unaccompanied homeless youth to become self‑sufficient and break the cycle of generational homelessness and poverty. She chairs the committee leading the organization’s national expansion through an affiliate model. Outside of work, Leila enjoys tennis, skiing, and traveling with her husband and two teenage daughters.
