Prime Location for Distributions and Logistics

Florida is the fastest growing state in the country, and the I-4 corridor from Tampa Bay to Orlando is the fastest growing region in Florida. With this increase in population comes an increase demand for goods and services. Tampa Bay has seen an increase in third party logistics and distribution centers of major corporations flock to the area in order to meet this demand.

With more than 550 million square feet of distribution space, the Tampa Bay/Orlando I-4 corridor is home to the largest concentration of distribution centers in the state. Additionally, Our world-class airport, deep-water seaport, extensive network of rail and interstate highway systems, and a thriving manufacturing industry makes our area a prime location for distribution and logistics centers.

Workscapes proudly calls Tampa home, where their HQ has driven 27 years of innovation and growth in workplace solutions throughout Florida.
