Since opening our North America Capability Center (NACC) in Tampa in 2014, Bristol Myers Squibb has become a cornerstone of the local life sciences landscape. Our presence has created hundreds of high-value jobs and introduced cutting-edge capabilities in operations, analytics, and patient services. In January of 2026, we will relocate to the Westshore district, a move that reflects our growth and long-term commitment to Tampa Bay. This new location will enhance our ability to collaborate, innovate, and engage with the community while continuing to strengthen Tampa Bay’s reputation as a hub for biopharmaceutical excellence.
What does the future of Bristol Myers Squibb look like to you five years from now?
Looking ahead, Bristol Myers Squibb envisions a future where our Tampa operations continue to evolve as a center of excellence for innovation, inclusion, and impact. We aim to deepen our capabilities in digital transformation, data science, and patient-centric services, while expanding our community engagement footprint.
