Third-party logistics provider expanding Tampa regional office

November 20, 2019

Integrity Express Logistics, a leading third-party logistics service provider, is expanding its regional Tampa office to accommodate its growth strategy. The company plans to hire at least 50 local employees and invest $230,000 in facility renovations and new office equipment.

“We’ve experienced significant growth over the last several years. Our Tampa office alone grew by 50 percent from 2017-2018,” said Pete Ventura, partner with Integrity Express Logistics. “We have found an excellent talent pool in Tampa and are confident we can build the team to support our expansion.”

Founded in 2007, Integrity Express Logistics is a family-owned third-party freight brokerage. Companies who need their goods shipped, both nationally and internationally, call on Integrity for dependable transportation services. Integrity connects customers through its dedicated network of owner operators and vast logistics database. Integrity arranges the delivery of more than 100,000 loads annually for more than 3,000 customers across 50,000 carriers.

This project was made possible through strong partnerships between Enterprise Florida, the Tampa Bay Economic Development Council, Hillsborough County, and the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity. With this expansion, Integrity Express Logistics expects to renovate a new space and hire additional talent to support its growth strategy.

“The logistics industry is booming in Hillsborough County as we’ve seen with several local expansions,” said Les Miller, Chairman of the Hillsborough County Board of County Commissioners. “We’re thrilled that Integrity Express Logistics has chosen to expand its Hillsborough County office and we’re grateful for its continued investment in our community and job creation for our residents.”

Earlier this year, commercial real estate brokerage firm Colliers International ranked the Interstate 4 corridor as one of the fastest-growing industrial markets in the U.S., which has drawn national distributors because the area can reach a population of nearly 18 million consumers within a five-hour drive. Integrity Express Logistics joins a growing list of local distribution and logistics companies that have announced expansions in Hillsborough County, including BlueGrace Logistics, The Home Depot and Amazon.

“Our market is well suited to support the expansion of the logistics sector due to our unique geographic position on the Gulf Coast and our fast-growing population,” said Marie Chinnici-Everitt, chair of the Tampa Bay Economic Development Council and managing director of The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC). “Logistics is an area of growth for Tampa Bay’s economy, and the EDC team is proud to work with companies like Integrity Express Logistics on their expansion efforts. We are committed to supporting Integrity Express Logistics’ continued growth in Hillsborough County.”
