The trick to designing a space for an economic development group is to make it great enough to help the agency attract and retain talented people while keeping it modest enough that the EDC’s investors feel like they are getting a bang for their buck.
The Tampa Hillsborough EDC did just that with the agency’s new space in the Bank of America Building in downtown Tampa. The office is hip without being showy and stylish enough to help the agency show off Tampa Bay.
