Cardinal Solutions Will Host Live Customer Case Study: Why We Chose the Cloud and Windows Azure Event in Tampa on Tuesday, May 21

TAMPA, Fla. / Cardinal Solutions Group, a national IT solutions provider headquartered in Cincinnati, OH, today announced their Tampa office opening. With the new office, Cardinal Solutions will relocate a core team of five to ten people. They expect to be a 35 person team over the next 2-3 years and at 50-75 people within 5 years (based on other branches’ growth).

Cardinal Solutions will host “Customer Case Study: Why We Chose the Cloud and Windows Azure” at the Microsoft Office in Tampa, Florida, on Tuesday, May 21, from 11:30 a.m.-1:00 p.m. The seminar will focus on the business drivers for moving to the cloud, how the client developed and deployed a business-critical application in a matter of weeks; and how working with a partner helped to minimize costs.

“We are excited to work with Microsoft on our first event in Tampa,” said Brandon Ebken, Chief Technology Officer, Cardinal Solutions. “In the Heartland as well as the Carolinas, we have had a lot of client interest / involvement in our public workshops around agile, cloud, social, and business intelligence. We hope to duplicate this same interest as we get introduced to the Tampa IT Community over the next several months.”

The growth of Cardinal Solutions since its inception in 1996 is driven by solutions such as mobile, user experience and design, cloud, agile, social and business intelligence. With a passion for hiring and developing the industry’s best people, Cardinal partners with clients to identify innovative ideas and effective best practices to continually deliver high-value, quick to market technology solutions.

Tampa will be Cardinal’s fifth office location including offices in Cincinnati (HQ), Columbus, Charlotte, and Raleigh. Cardinal Solutions has close to 400 consultants and is projected to reach $50 million in revenue this year.

“The Tampa Bay area was a logical choice for us,” said Kelly Conway, President, Cardinal Solutions. “All the information we collected on the area’s economic environment lined up with what we were looking for, and we have been very successful working together with Microsoft field sales and partner teams throughout the Southeast.”
