Last Call: TBEA sales mission to Costa Rica filling up quickly

February 12, 2016

The Tampa Bay Export Alliance (TBEA) is issuing a last call for companies wishing to participate in its upcoming export sales mission to Costa Rica. From April 12-15, local firms interested in developing export sales in the Latin American nation – Florida’s 6th largest trading partner – will travel with the TBEA delegation to the capital city of San José to develop new business opportunities.

The mission has two available packages for interested participants: Trade/Gold Key Package and Delegate Package.

Companies applying for Trade/Gold Key participation will have their applications reviewed for market suitability by U.S. Commercial Service Industry experts. Once approved, these companies will be set up with one-on-one matchmaking appointments in San José. Trade/Gold Key participants will also receive customized counseling on market entry or expansion strategies and have access to a Spanish/English interpreter.

All mission attendees will have access to a country briefing by U.S. Embassy officials, admission to various mission events, and ground transportation to all official mission functions.

Friday, February 19th is the final day to register for the Trade/Gold Key Package. Delegates may register until February 28th.

The itinerary for the four-day mission includes a welcome reception at the U.S. Ambassador’s residence, a networking luncheon with the American Chamber of Commerce on a 30-acre coffee plantation, a dinner at a mountain top restaurant, and an optional volcano excursion.
